Every source, with its date
Seven references stand behind every figure on this site. One of them is this site admitting it has no reference at all for the rupee column.
What this page is for
Rule this site holds itself to
No figure without a source line; no source line without a date. This page is where those dates are kept, so a reader can check the claim rather than take it.

The references
In the order they matter: the composition data first, the equations second, the unsourced rate table last and labelled as such.

Who reviewed this, and who did not
No dietitian, doctor or nutritionist has reviewed this site. It is built and maintained by Amit Sharma, who is not a clinician, and it publishes arithmetic and eating patterns rather than advice for a condition. That is a deliberate limit on what the site is willing to claim, not an oversight.
The practical consequence is on this page in two places. The structured data on every page here is Article, not MedicalWebPage — because that type carries an implied claim of medical review, and asserting a review that did not happen is worse than having no schema at all. And every clinical-adjacent figure on the site is published as a range, because a single number implies a precision that population data does not have.
What a plan here can and cannot know
- It knows what the dishes in it weigh, what those weights contain according to IFCT 2017, and what they add up to. That part is checkable with a calculator.
- It does not know your medication, your allergies, your kidney or thyroid function, your pregnancy, your blood sugar, or how much oil goes into your kadhai. Any one of those changes what the right plan is.
- It cannot promise a rate of weight loss or gain, and it does not, anywhere.
General information only — not medical or nutrition advice. These are illustrative plans built on average values; they are not prescriptions and cannot account for allergies, conditions or medication. Take any plan here to a doctor or a registered dietitian before you rely on it, particularly if you take medication whose dose is tied to what you eat.
What you should ask about a site like this
Has a dietitian or a doctor reviewed this site?
No. Nobody clinical has reviewed these pages, and the site does not claim otherwise anywhere — that is why every page here carries Article structured data rather than the MedicalWebPage type that implies medical review. What the site does claim is narrower and checkable: that the arithmetic is right, that every figure traces to a named source, and that the estimates are labelled as estimates.
What is the weakest number on this site?
The rupee figures on the grocery lists. They come from coarse rates set by hand for scale, not from a published price series, and they can be 30% out between two cities in the same month. The quantities beside them are derived from documented per-serving raw-ingredient weights and are far stronger.
How often are these checked?
Every source in the table above was last checked in July 2026. Composition tables move slowly — IFCT 2017 is still the current Indian edition — so the review is about whether a newer edition exists and whether this site is still using the values correctly, not about chasing a monthly refresh.
Something here is wrong. What happens?
It gets fixed on the next build, and the correction is the most useful message this site receives. If a figure disagrees with IFCT 2017, IFCT wins. Send the page URL and what looks wrong.
The people behind these sites
Follow the build
This site and nine others like it are built and photographed by two people: Amit Sharma — behind the build; Geeta Patel — the poses, demonstrated. New work goes up on Instagram and Facebook before it reaches a page here.
Following changes nothing here — every page stays open, with no account and no wall.
